We are delighted to announce that London Kalibari will be staging this year’s Kali Puja as follows:

Date: Sunday 3rd July 2022
Time: 1 pm
Venue: Harrow Arts Centre, 171 Uxbridge Rd, Pinner HA5 4EA.

For catering purpose please confirm attendance if you can by Sunday 26th June 2022 to either Mrs Rama Choudhury (wife of retired Mayor of Harrow late Mrinal Choudhury), or Mrs Jayati Das.

Pujo will start at about 1PM. After Anjali, Prasad will follow. Food is served in the adjacent Weald Room. There is plenty of parking available in the Harrow Arts Centre and also in the nearby Morrisons car park.

Hatch End station is almost opposite

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the surge in cases in recent weeks, we have had to put some safety protocols in place to ensure all those who are attending, including many who are classified as vulnerable, are kept safe.
Hence we would appreciate if the following guidelines can be followed by all those who attend the puja this year.
 Please do not come to the venue if you are experiencing any COVID or flu-like symptoms (these can include cough, high temperature, loss of taste/smell etc)
 All attendees aged 18+ must be double vaccinated and have also taken the booster vaccine if eligible
 Face coverings must be worn by all those in attendance unless medically exempt. Masks can only be taken off for drinking and eating.
 Hands must be sanitised before entering the premises. There will be hand sanitiser available at the entrance.
 School-aged children will not be allowed to run around any part of the premises and they must be kept close to their guardians at all times
 Attendees must maintain social distance and also keep a safe distance from the main puja areas. Social distance will be maintained during Anjali/Pushpanjali – hence please avoid crowding around the stage.
 Access to stage and surrounding puja areas will be limited to key workers/helpers only

We want to make this year’s puja an enjoyable experience for all those who are able to join us. Hence your cooperation and understanding will be greatly appreciated this year.
